The primary objective of the Blow Room is to create a uniform and consistent feed material for the carding process, by opening, cleaning, and blending the raw cotton fibers. The six main objects of the Blow Room are:

1. Opening: The first object of the Blow Room is to open the compressed cotton bales and loosen the fibers. This makes the fibers easier to clean and blend, and ensures that the feed material produced is consistent.

2. Cleaning: The second object of the Blow Room is to remove impurities such as dirt, dust, and other foreign materials from the cotton fibers. This is done using a combination of mechanical processes, such as beaters and suction, and air flow systems, which help to separate the impurities from the fibers.

3. Blending: The third object of the Blow Room is to blend different types of cotton fibers to create a uniform feed material. This is done by mixing together different types of cotton fibers to create a consistent material with uniform fiber characteristics.

2. Action of air current (Transport Cleaning): Once the cotton fibers have been loosened and separated, they are transported through a series of ducts and pipes using air flow systems. These air currents help to transport the fibers from one machine to the next, and also aid in removing impurities such as dust, dirt, and other foreign materials from the cotton fibers.

3. Action of beater and grid bar (Cleaning and opening): The beater and grid bar system is used to further clean and open the cotton fibers.
